Our team – and especially Founder Director – Luke Flegg has a rich and diverse person story from volunteering in many charities, to being a Trustee of several (including the Woodcraft Folk) non exec Director (Ambigo CIC) and Founder of his own Community Interest Company (Gigfunding – innovating charity fundraising). He’s also worked as a Head of Operations in several companies (including Tough Cookie – Delivering world class mental health resilience training to workplaces like Greenpeace, Whatsapp, Meta, Shell and Lego) and Trally. Head of Marketing for The Asha Centre (peace education retreat centre) and Loomio (workplace democracy software born out of the Occupy Movement). Luke also worked full time in Extinction Rebellion UK in strategy – through 2019, seeing it explode into one of the biggest, fastest growing and most impactful environmental and social change movements in history. Film remains his favourite weapon for cultivating transformative social change.
